Forest Green Rovers, recognised by FIFA as the “world’s greenest football club,” has taken a significant step in its sustainability strategy to install innovative drinking water solutions.
This instalment aligns with the club’s commitment to sustainability, which already includes solar panels, electric vehicle charging points, and vegan matchday food offerings.

By integrating Oasis’s sustainable water systems, FGR will not only provide clean drinking water to players, staff, and fans but also significantly lower their single-use plastic consumption – a critical goal for both organisations.

Oasis installed high-capacity, plumbed-in water refill stations throughout the stadium. These stations are designed for high-footfall areas and are available for both fans and players on matchdays. This sustainable solution helps reduce reliance on single-use plastics, encouraging the use of reusable cups and bottles.
